IceBaby supplies the ice and sets up the refrigeration your event needs. From a small trailer to a full arrangement for several tonnes a day.
Ice looks simple. Until you need a lot of it.
You have to estimate the quantity, keep the stock cold, get it to the service points, and allow for what the weather or the turnout might change.
IceBaby sizes all of that before the event.

The cold comes with the ice
Depending on the need, IceBaby installs freezers, a trailer or containers directly on site.

The stock is sized
The quantity is estimated from the event, the opening hours, the weather and the type of service.

The setup can follow the ground
Depending on the agreed service, resupply can be adapted to how the event unfolds.

We set up and we take back
Delivery, setting up the refrigeration, the equipment included in the service and its collection are all part of it.
You pay for what you use.
Stock provided for but not used leaves with IceBaby and is not charged, under the agreed terms.

The volume goes up and the storage follows. A refrigerated container gives you buffer stock and feeds several service points.

Commission model
You organise. We chill.
At events suited to the model, IceBaby sets up a supply point directly on site. Bars and stands come and collect their ice and pay for their orders directly.
For the organiser: less to manage, an extra service for the operators, and an agreed commission on sales.
