The concept
The concept
At an event, ice is as much about the cold chain as about the product. IceBaby brings the two together: the ice, and the setup that keeps it in condition until it is served.
How it works
-
01
1. We estimate
Attendance, opening hours, type of service and forecast weather. That gives a daily volume, and that figure determines the setup.
-
02
2. We set up the cold
Freezers, trailer or containers placed before you open, positioned around access and the shape of the ground. The equipment included in the service comes with them.
-
03
3. We hold the stock
The ice stays cold on site and available at the service points. Depending on the agreed service, resupply can happen during the event.
-
04
4. We take it back
The equipment leaves with us, along with any stock left unused, which is not charged under the agreed terms.
Four setups
It is the daily requirement that decides what goes onto your site, not the total tonnage of the event.
-
01 Up to 1 t/day
Compact
Freezers and a small refrigerated trailer, keeping the stock available without over-sizing the installation.
-
02 1 to 4 t/day
Trailer
A proper refrigerated reserve, right on your event.
-
03 4 to 8 t/day
Container
The volume goes up and the storage follows. A refrigerated container gives you buffer stock and feeds several service points.
-
04 Over 8 t/day
Full IceBaby
Containers, on-site distribution and logistical rotations. At this scale we are no longer simply delivering ice: we are organising its flow.
