Commission model
Organiser model
There are two ways of working with us. This page describes the second.
Two models, two roles
You buy the ice
You order for your event, we deliver and set up the refrigeration. That is the model the rest of the site describes.
Your operators buy
You give us a place to sell from. Your bars and stands buy their ice from us. You pay nothing, and you take a commission on whatever sells.
How it works in practice
-
01
1. You allocate us a pitch
A space of about 3 × 4 m, reachable by truck and as close to the bars as possible. That is all you provide.
-
02
2. We set up the cold, at our own cost
Freezers, trailer or containers depending on the size of the event. The equipment, the ice and the staff are ours.
-
03
3. Your operators come and stock up
They take the ice they need during the event and pay us directly. You are involved in neither the order nor the payment.
-
04
4. You take a commission
A commission agreed in advance on the revenue taken at the sales point, paid after the event.

What it changes for you
One thing off your list
Nothing to pay up front, no stock to watch, no distribution to organise. Ice becomes a self-contained service on your site.
An extra service for your operators
Your bars find their ice on site, when they need it, without bringing it themselves or coming to ask you for it.
Income instead of a cost line
A line that brought you nothing now generates a commission, without you having to invest anything.
The cold chain held throughout
Cold storage, handling and preservation stay our responsibility right up to handover.
What we get asked
- Does it cost me anything?
- No. The equipment, the ice and the staff are on us. You provide the pitch, and that is all.
- What if my operators buy less than expected?
- The risk sits with us. You do not pay for unsold ice, and there is no minimum for you to guarantee.
- Who runs the sales point?
- Our teams, for the whole duration of the event. You have nobody to assign to it.
- Is my event suited to this?
- The model works when several independent bars or stands use ice on the same site. If you run all the service points yourself, straightforward delivery will be simpler. Write to us and we will look at it together.
The terms
The commission rate and the arrangements are agreed with you, based on the size of the event, the layout of the site and the duration. Get in touch and we will talk it through.
