Who is responsible for your data
Data collected on this site is processed by Fabrique d'apéro réunies SARL, which operates the IceBaby brand, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to hello@icebaby.ch.
What data is collected
We collect only what you send us yourself. This site carries no advertising trackers, no analytics tools and no social network connections.
When you request an estimate
The calculator form records:
- your contact details: name, email address, and if you provide them, phone and organisation;
- the details of your event: name, date, number of attendees, duration, conditions, number of bars, consumption profile;
- any free-text message you add;
- the estimate sent to you, kept as it was so there is a record of what you were told.
While you browse
Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) needed to run and secure the server. We do not access them for commercial purposes.
Why this data is used
- to send you the estimate you asked for;
- to get back to you about your event and prepare an offer;
- to adjust our calculation parameters based on the requests received.
The legal basis for this processing is your request itself: by filling in the form, you ask for an estimate and to be contacted. Your data serves no other purpose.
Who your data is shared with
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in Switzerland with our hosting provider, which acts solely on our instructions and has no right to exploit it.
How long it is kept
Estimate requests are kept for 36 months, then deleted automatically. This deletion is carried out by a scheduled task; it does not depend on anyone remembering to do it. You may also ask for your data to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
At any time, free of charge and without having to give a reason, you may:
- ask what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask for your data to be deleted;
- object to us contacting you again.
Simply write to hello@icebaby.ch. We reply as quickly as we can, and within one month at the latest. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or to your national data protection authority if you live in the European Union.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie and a security cookie that protects forms against fraudulent submissions. They are not used to track you, they expire when you close your browser, and they therefore require no consent. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the exchange between your browser and our server. Access to the administration area is password-protected and limited to people who need it for their work.

This policy may change if our processing changes. The date it was last updated appears at the top of this page.
